✨ On average, we naturally shed 3–5 natural lashes per eye, per day. That means in three weeks you’ll lose about 126–210 lashes total (between both eyes). This natural shedding is why your extensions won’t look as full after three weeks. A 3-week refill helps restore that fullness so your lashes stay fresh, beautiful, and balanced. 👉 To qualify as a refill, you must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining at your appointment. If less than that, it will be considered a full set.

✨ By the 4-week mark, most clients have naturally shed the majority of their lash extensions. Since we lose 3–5 natural lashes per eye, per day, that adds up to 168–280 lashes gone over four weeks. Because of this natural cycle, very few clients still have enough lashes left to qualify for a refill, At this stage, a fresh full set is usually needed to restore fullness and symmetry. We will determine at the appointment. 👉 For best results (and to save money long-term), we always recommend booking your fills every 2–3 weeks.
